The 2018 Ford EcoSport is an all-new subcompact SUV that boasts impressive driving characteristics, high-level utility, a comfortable interior, and many advanced technologies, including an available in-car WiFi hotspot. The optional 4G LTE modem in the 2018 EcoSport comes equipped with a WiFi hotspot, with the ability to connect up to 10 devices. You can even be as far away as 50 feet (15.2 meters) from the EcoSport and still get an internet connection. Also, it’s easy to charge your devices with the EcoSport’s 12-volt power outlet and two fast-charging USB ports.

The 2018 EcoSport offers many other multimedia/connectivity features. This includes the standard SYNC and available SYNC 3 infotainment systems. The SYNC 3 system comes with a user-friendly LCD capacitive touchscreen, as well as smartphone integration, 911 Assist, and AppLink. Available apps for the system include Ford+Alexa, FordPass Park, and Waze, which provide you with real-time navigation and traffic information. The EcoSport also offers the available 10-speaker B&O PLAY premium audio system for a phenomenal listening experience.

2018 Ford EcoSport “Hack Your Commute” Campaign 

To highlight the 2018 EcoSport’s impressive connectivity and multimedia features, Ford is running an EcoSport “Hack Your Commute” campaign. It kicked off last month with a unique EcoSport Life Hack Academy exhibit in New York City, in which attendees have the opportunity to experience EcoSport’s impressive technology features. The EcoSport Life Hack Academy is also holding “life hack” events all over the country, with experts sharing tips on such things as healthy meals, fitness, careers, and organization strategies. Also, Ford is airing EcoSport television ads throughout the Winter Olympics.
